Place it in the same folder as your other homebrew and run it from the homebrew menu. The Amiigo Maker menu will let you create virtual Amiibos. The Amiibo List menu will let you switch between virtual Amiibos that you have made. Edit: For some games (only botw afaik) you have to select an Amiibo before launching the game.

The images you can download are resized to a height of 150px (width is resized according to aspect ratio) and if the images are missing an alpha-channel, that is generated too so all images can be displayed correctly in the emuiibo overlay. Possibly also while still on the main menu. Make sure you have the latest version on emuiibo, too. you have to go into tagmo and refresh the foomibos once you set the folder then click on the amiibo that you want and click write then place the nfc under it and its done.
